Phase 1
A complete in-home, multi-media training package that focuses on building competence and skill in 4 key inner and outer beauty areas: product knowledge, concultative-selling expertise, Customer service excellence and self marketing. When you have successfully completed Phase 1, you will be an official AVON BEAUTY ADVISOR.
Phase 2
When you progress to phase 2, you will take part in a live, one day for fee proffessional training class, like no other offered in the direct selling beauty industry today. You will learn to conduct personal makeovers, gain invaluable proffessional image tips and be trained in advanced consultative selling skills. Phase 2 qualifies you as a CERTIFIED BEAUTY ADVISOR
Phase 3
This is the most prestigious level of the Beauty Advisor career opportunity. At this level, cerifies Beauty Advisors can apply to invest in a 3 day, train the trainer class. As a Certified Beauty Advisor Trainer, you will earn the opportunity to conduct, and be compensated for conducting, the Phase 2 training class.
